Headteacher’s Welcome
I have had the pleasure of leading the school since January 2021. As the Headteacher of a small school, I have the opportunity to get to know each child individually and I love seeing them develop and grow during their time at our primary school. I am fully involved in school life and can often be found teaching a lesson, leading a club or working with a group of children. I am passionate about delivering a broad and balanced curriculum which puts positive learning behaviours at the heart of what we teach.
If you would like to get an idea of what our children learn, please have a look at our latest Learning Log, which is updated fortnightly (the most recent can be found at the bottom of this page).
We have nursery provision for up to 10 children, who learn alongside our Reception children in Warwick Class. Children join us the term after their third birthday, or the academic year when they will turn 5. Following our expansion to 5 classes, we also have some availability for in-year admissions further up the school. If you would like to see what we have to offer your child, please book contact the school to arrange for a tour of the school.
Open Days
Please contact the school to arrange for a tour of the school.
You will find information about our classes, curriculum and all statutory information on our website. We also have more information about our wrap around care – available from 7:45 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. Monday to Thursday, and 7:45a.m. until 4:15p.m. on a Friday.
Our school is part of the Oxford Diocesan Schools’ Trust (ODST), who support us in fulfilling their aim of achieving excellence in education.
The school’s values of ‘Respect, Aspire, Achieve’ underpin everything that we do, from ensuring we have inclusive classrooms promoting achievement for all right through to the way we make strategic plans. We have a committed team of staff and governors who will always make time to listen to the thoughts of our children, families and the wider community.
